How do I apply an msstyle without the use of a program that slows my computer down? I already patched my uxtheme.dll and now i dont know what to do

If you have patched your uxtheme.dll correctly, you should just be able to select the style thgough display in control panel. If for some reason you dont see it. try double clicking the file through windows explorer and see if it loads. It might just be a bad or corrupt theme.
