CSS File not recognized?

Sup.

I just got hosted by one of the cool forum guys on here, except for some reason none of my pages are recognizing the css file. There's no damn style being applied to my html even though the .css file is properly linked. Anyone ever have this problem? The thing is that everything should be working fine because all I did was port the site from my old comcast host, where everything worked fine, to the new one. I made sure nothing was pointing back to the old host either, so I have no idea what's up. Any help?
