I have close to no idea how to program/coding, but I would like to start getting into it. Whats a good language to start programming in, if you want to make programs. Not websites. Html, Php or so.

Any good tutorials for a newb?

There are loads of programming languages you could learn. I would suggest C /C+ maybe. Although you could start with Perl, Visual Basic, XHTML, DHTML, etc....
