Exclamation How to record what goes out your speakers without additional hardware?

I'd like to record what comes out of my speakers, for conversations in Skype, but I'm too lazy to hook a double cable(also can't find one) up from the speaker thing to the mic thing, and also it would make feedback on the calls. Is there any software out there that lets you record what goes out the speakers?

I think that the only way would get be to get a 2-way spliter (they have them at radio shack), run one to your speakers, run the other to line-in.

Use Audacity, or change something in the Sound options in the Control Panel.
