how u do it?

Highlight the flash if you can, then right click it and hit view selection source, then there should be a url in there somewhere ending in .swf, then copy that, paste it into a new window, and I'm not sure if it will load or try and download it. But if it just loads the flash by itself, copy the url into IE.

how about music or other stuff you cant dl normaly

try the same thing, view the source then search for .mp3 . If you can't find an MP3, that means its probably a special stream anyway. Also, ctrl+f is find.

downloading flash using firefox
