Just released a day ago to the public, Office 2007 is...great! I have been using the private betas of Office 2007 for a while now, and after you've used it, you'll never want to go back

The ribbon is great, and Microsoft is finally figuring out that things can be functional AND look nice. Bravo, MS, Bravo.

And too think a couple months ago I was about to take a course at my college that required Office Professional 2003 and it costs like 300 bucks. I would have been highly angry, because in a few months 2007 is coming out, Whew thank god I didnt take that class!

this beta will run till february 2007. after that, it will run in restricted mode.

That gives people plenty of time to figure out how to get around it once it runs out.

AKA no activation mode. Thats because by then the final ver of office 2007 will be out.

yea, i was sent an email about this, they offered me the full suite download, i got them to send me all the disc's. I.E. Office 2007, vista, One Note 2007, etc....
