There is no sound when using anything on my pc.When I try to play audio off real player, it says "can not open the audio device, another program may be using it".I don't know what to do.Please help

Restart your PC. If that doesnt work, System Restore, restore to an ealier restore point. That would reverse any configuration changes you may have done that did this to your PC.

I've restarted a few times nothing changed.I'm gonna try system restore.Does it take long?

Try right-clicking My Computer, go to Properties, then click on the Hardware tab, then Device Manager. Go to Sound, Video and Game Controllers, and try Disabling then Re-Enabling everything that appears, then try it.

The disabling and re-enabling thing didn't work.Neither did system restore
edit: gonna try restoring to an earlier point.
edit again: still didn't work
Anything else i can try?

troubleshoot at a computer forum. they can provide much better help then we can (no offense) they get paid to help. well some get paid..
