I have a JPEG file that cannot be deleted, edited or moved?

how do I delete it, I've tried every thing I know.
when I make a right click on the file, I only get: open
edit
print
preview
open with
send to

Restart your computer and see if you delete it after. That usually works.

Is it porn?

no it is cause another program is using that file, for example if you uploaded the pic, your webbrowser is using the file and will not allow it to be moved/deleted till your web browser is closed...
close any programs that you might have use the file with. if you can find the program restart and it will be free to move delete ect...

The file does not even open, its just so annoying.
I've tried everythink I could thing of, I tried to delete it with safe-mode since most of the programs that might this file be conected to will be closed, but it didn't work.
I tried also to download a program called unlocker to delete it but it didn't work.

restart your PC and then delete it

that sometimes happens to my game files

another program is using it. go to task manager and end processes that look suspsious. Liek dumpprep

Also, right click properties on it, and make surei t isn't write protected.

As I said there is no properties in the right click menu.

No I can't do any thing with it: move, delete, rename, overwrite....

I'm so pissed cuz the name of the file is so ****ing embarrassing, no not as you thing, its not porn

. its about a girl.

I know how to get rid of it. PM me the EXACT name of the file. I coded a quick c++ program that can delete it.

why dont you reinstall your whole computer?

boot up with a windowsxp CD, and delete all partitions, then do a FULL format on your NEWLY CREATED C drive, so now you will have NOTHING left on it?
