Question Help With Azureus Please?

Downloaded azureus yesterday havent tried to download any torrents yet cause i have been trying to sort out the "Incoming TCP Listen Port" and i am totally lost. Can someone give me a tutorial for finding a good port? preferably a one designed for a non computer literate person! *btw i have looked on my windows firewall and azureus is allowed to reach the intenet*

Any Help will be highly appreciated!

Click new entry and see what it does. If it is not clickable then maybe you don't have the right firmware.
Click firmware update under utilities on the sidebar and then see if the page looks different.
