I am curious on how to create pdf files. I have found apps, but they are more of word to pdf converters. Is there an actual pdf creator that will let you create pdfs from scratch?

Check Adobe's site

I think it is Adobe Designer, although I am not quite sure.. I have it on my PC (I can save things in PDF, convert to PDF, and such). Very handy
