Default Best free partiton editor for windows?

Okay when installing Linux i made my linux partiton sized mix up with the windows one (20gb for windows 60gb for linux when i chose the first installation option) partitionmagic sucks because the "demo" doesnt do **** and dont say "get a crack" because trust me, ive looked. gparted wont work because it wont allow me to edit the partitons because theres a little lock by the partitions.

Can anyone recommend a good prog?
