Default Internet Connection Help

Well, today I noticed my PSP wouldn't connect to the internet through my wifi. Usually when it does this I can go to my C Prompt, do ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew and it'll renew everything and I can connect again. But today I tried it and it told me that it couldn't do it. So I went to network connections and noticed a little padlock next to my connection icon, which I'm guessing is preventing me from releasing and renewing the IP address. This is what it looks like:

So my question is, does anyone know the appropriate method to get rid of it?

And also, it just appeared today, and I think it may have been because I installed MSSQL 2005 last night to set-up a private server for a game. I uninstalled the SQL Server and everything because I needed to redownload a few compnents of it anyway, but the lock was still there.

So I'm pretty lost, and I can't connect to my internet through my PSP on wifi. Any help would be much appreciated.

That means that your windows firewall is on and working on that conneciton. DO yourself a favor and totally disable the firewall service.

Alright, thanks.

Usually Windows Firewall is on anyway, I never bothered to turn it off, and that padlock was never there.

But I already have the ZoneAlarm Full Security Suite, plus NOD32, plus Spybot - S&D, so I'll go ahead and disable the Windows Firewall. I doubt it'll help at all anyway.
