Hi i need a good video editor program. i dont care about the price i have money i could spend.

so can anyone list good programs?

and how do u add stuff into a video? like say a puting a cartoon into a real live video?

Adobe Premiere Pro is good as it gets on Windows, for Mac use Final Cut Pro...they cost a lot though.

If you mean compositing, only a few can do it. Adobe Premiere Pro 2 would be a good example.
