Default explorer.exe

on my mums PC explorer.exe wont load it start up, when I go into task manager then run explorer.exe it opens for a second then closes, whats going on :S Rebooting dont work for some reason.

Boot in safe mode and do a virus scan. Or boot in safe mode and delete what you think might be causing this. If you dont have a virus blocker, try Avast!, its free.

when i had my job at the computer store someone has the same thing

it turned out to be spy ware i removed it with ad ware and everything worked fine
