I dont know what this is...i think it might be a virus...but every now and then my computer sends an email to adsl-(210-193-23).ard.bellsouth.net and i dont know what it sned...t
..........^^ these numbers change sometimes
he only reason i know it send something is because of my email scanner!! how do i get rid of this!!

spambot/trojan/keylogger...

its most probably recording your keystrokes and sending them to that address. reinstall or check for viruses

complete format that would be the best thing to do or go over to linux where there no spy ware and virus

if you need help with reinstalling windows here a guide to follow

How to do it :
1) Start computer up into MSDOS and type "FORMAT C:\" and then start the windows reinstallation.
2) Or Restart the computer in MSDOS mode and type "FORMAT C:\" and then start the windows reinstallation.
3) Windows XP, NT and 2000 users can use the option during their installation to clear the drive and reset it up.

I would even use F-disk as this sounds pretty bad. I have found DOS to cause problems sometimes. Just make sure to bung some stuff onto DVD's or something like that. You could do a system roll-back but be prepared for some left-over files and uninstalled programs and general all-round buginess.

system restore doesn't really get rid of the spyware and virus on his system it just make it look like it not there
