ok im looking for something new to change my computer around a bit, i want it too have a new look, but nothing windows vista or mac or anything like that, i want a dif look, any suggestions on sites i might try ?

WindowsBlinds. Makes it look really good. But it's not free.
Of course, there are ways...

You want a completely new shell or just a different theme?

If its shells you are looking for try Litestep or bbLean.

For new themes, either go down the Windows Blinds route or you can patch your uxtheme.dll file with a patcher

After that you can use msstyles themes from DeviantArt or from www.Customize.org

I deffinatly suggest the Media Center Style of XP called "Royale".
