Okay, I have ports forwarded correctly and my firewall allows utorrent access to the net, yet when I test to see if my ports are forwarded correctly, it says they aren't... So I only get like 20kbp/s on torrent D/Ls.

I have the same problem you do. I forwarded my ports too, but, like you my max download speed is 20kb/s.
I'm using Utorrent.

Yeah... typed in my IP. Went to the Applications & Gaming tab, filled in the info, checked enable, and hit save. And I know my IP is correct (ipconfig)
Heres a pic of my port forward settings.

ues the sam eone si have, exactly how its set up. dont name them utorrent, jus name both torrent and everything like i have.
also, it depened how many seeders there are...i was connected to a torrent with 100+ seeders and was only getting 20kBs but then i was connected to one earlier with 13 and was getting 70_kBs

Nono I mean which do I use for utorrent (like in configuration)

maybe you should try a usb connection. that always worked for me. oh and are you sure you have the correct ports set on utorrent? another thing that may be doing this is your service provider. some of them "blacklist" torrents.

this. is. stupid.... it wont ****ing work.
Some torrents i get under 1kbp/s, and others I dont connect to any seeds, yet others I can get like 15-20kbp/s. If it is Bellsouth "blacklisting" torrents or w/e, **** bellsouth.
