Not likely.

Have you ever defragmented your hardrive or add vast amounts of files to your hard drive?

When you delete something in Windows, it isn't really deleted. Windows just write over it the next time it needs to write something to the hard drive. So if you did download a lot of new files, chances are its overwritten.

you could try. there are freeware utilities to do this.
