Okay, it's a Samsung Yepp YP-T5 128 MB. The thing is that I want to extract the music out of it, since there are a lot of good songs I have on it. But, the music won't play on the MP3 player itself. So I tried extracting it via USB, but the drive is not formatted. If I format it then I will lose my good songs, and the problem there is that I can't remember them.
So...Anyway to extract the music without formatting the drive? |

Do you remember any of the lyrics of these songs?
If you do google them, i found a music video of An Honest Mistake - The Bravery (best video EVER, watch it) just by typing in 'And it finishes with a flaming arrow fired from a crossbow' into google ![]() never fails

Do you have access to a Linux box? Or at least willing to download a live CD (like Fedora Core Live, Slackware live, etc)? Then you could boot into Linux, mount the MP3 player, and copy the files.
Also, if the MP3 player can't play the songs.... Can it at least show you what you have on there (on an LCD). Sorry if yours doesn't have an LCD, just a suggestion. -gotPSP |
