Default Software to 'lock' a drive?

Hey, I recently bought a new hard disk for my system.
But now, anyone can access my music/files that I have under it.

Is there a program that can 'lock' the drive so only I can access it under my XP account?

(EG: When XP locks 'My Documents' and all of its sub-directories to one user when they have an account password set)

Encrypt the contents of the hard drive? http://www.truecrypt.org/

Theres a great user manual included with this program. You basically create a folder inside the new hard drive and create a container which matches the amount of free space you have on the hard drive. Now when you try access this hard drive, you will be prompted for a password. Once you enter it, the hard drive will act as a normal drive.

I used to use it when I was sharing a PC. Great for hiding all that porn.

If there under my documents, go to C:/Documents and Settings/*Your Username*

Righ-click, go to the "Sharing" tab, and click "Male This Folder Private". Now only you can access it.

Umm that only 'hides' it

I want it so that they cannot use a program to open any file in that drive.
