hey guys, i have a geforce fx 5600 and every second or third time that i turn my computer on, it corrupts my system folder, how can i keep the graphics card and prevent it from corrupting my folders?

How do u know its ur graphix card?

My PC was doing this for a while it was the RAM doing it not the GFX card.

in my case it is the graphics card...because i had this problem for the first week of my computer, then after i took out the card my comps been fine for 2 months

Any chance it is the wrong driver? I heard some guy had the same probem after installing a beta/older driver (for a totally different card, back when nVidia had 2 vesions). Just reinstall the driver, see what happens.

drivers straight from the cd, i reinstalled the driver several times from the internet and cd
