^^^^ can these graphics card atleast run counter-strike source? and if it can what settings can it run at?

im leaning towards the ati 9250 pci because its cheaper...

The 9250 pci will be a lot slower. It's a worse card, running through PCI. If you want value, get it. I'd recommend the 9550 AGP.

For $130, you can get a MUCH MUCH Better card, BestBuy jacks their prices up insanely high.

I really doubt he has PCI-E...Considering he is looking at a regular PCI Card as an option.

i dont have pci-e and i get discount at bestbuy, i get the price it costs to make plus 10

No matter the discount, a 9550 just doesn't really cut it nowadays. For your budget you can have an X1600 or 7600GS which will both be much better and are available in AGP flavours like that 9550 you linked to.

CSS is becoming stupid... all the DWP crap and that last update that killed lots of basic admin commands and plugins.
