The 9250 pci will be a lot slower. It's a worse card, running through PCI. If you want value, get it. I'd recommend the 9550 AGP.

For $130, you can get a MUCH MUCH Better card, BestBuy jacks their prices up insanely high.

I really doubt he has PCI-E...Considering he is looking at a regular PCI Card as an option.

Sorry, but I find that hard to believe, you do not even know what it is called when you link them...And if you do what, mobo do you have.

No matter the discount, a 9550 just doesn't really cut it nowadays. For your budget you can have an X1600 or 7600GS which will both be much better and are available in AGP flavours like that 9550 you linked to.

It would have to be a 100%+ discount to make that 9550 worth your while.

I'm actually really good at maths but I made that post at like 2 or 3 in the morning, I really meant 50%+ but that doesn't make me look any less stupid.

www.newegg.com seems to be the best place in the US to buy PC parts.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814122011

or for the cheaper X1600Pro (with less performance than the 7600GS):

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814103004

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814131427

One is cheaper outright but the other works out cheaper after the mail in rebate.

CSS is becoming stupid... all the DWP crap and that last update that killed lots of basic admin commands and plugins.

Hmm. That happened around the same time I stopped playing.

Coincidence? I think not!
