What in your opinion is the best video editor for windows. I need it mostly for effects.

probably adobe premiere

other than that all i know of is the gay windows one

Mostly for effects then it has to be Adobe After Effects.

i find adobe after effects hard to use, i recommend ulead video studio, byfar one of the best i have ever used, trust me its a good one

It can be hard to use. So can Photoshop. It takes time to learn it.

If you got access to a Mac then Final Cut Pro is the best Video Editing software I've ever seen.
