firewall help

Default firewall help

yesterday i logged on to my computer and got a windows security alert saying "your firewall is turned off" so i turned it on.
today i did the same thing. it said it was turned off and i didn't do it!
it does this when ever i reboot my computer now!
help me plz

a virus does that.

i had one before. try running an antivirus program.

could be something else tho.

A third-party anti-virus program may also do that.
My Norton AV automatically turns off Windows Firewall and it displays the warning until I tell it never to notify me every again.
