To hide porn you downloaded, But delete but dont wanna perma delete so leave it in the recycle bin so you can always restore it, But wanna hide it so your parents dont see it? LOLz

Yeah well, its a simple registry key to remove anything on your deskttop, if you want how to remove ANYTHING (and everything), just say!
