Mhmm, he's right, i don't think that exists. It's impossible to not only isolate the staright guitar but then to read each note. If someones made it, all I can say is WOW.
The closest thing to that, which isn't even that close, is guitarpro. You might already have it, but if you can get the guitarpro file, it sets it up in tab and sheet form while able to play the notes in midi so you can sample the song or find the part you want, even create your own song without a guitar.

OK, thanks for the info. I'll just convert it to MIDI then do it that way I guess.

No, no. You got me wrong, you have to find the file or make it yourself by ear. This is a tabbing program. When you use a GUITARPRO FILE then it will work in it, it wont just convert it to tab. You need to find that songs guitarpro file.

I was just going to convert it to MIDI then use one of the many MIDI to sheet converters out there.
