Default Overclocking n Intel Pentium D Dual Core 2.66ghz

http://www.tomshardware.com/2006/05/...res/index.html

Looked through this and was pretty amazed. With just a Zalman cooler (about $45-50) And the ~$130 processor they got the speed to 3.66 without voltage changes, and up to 3.8 with minor voltage adjustments. After that they got it to go to 4.1 booting windows, but that was recommened with water cooling only. It doesnt exactly explain every step of the way, but if you know your way around its a good guide, and very cheap.

4.1Ghz is still only comparable to 2Ghz on the C2D...Use the attached application and take a look for yourself.

App made by a computer enthusiast on another forum that I visit.
