Default [Guide] Patch Uxtheme.dll!

If you don't know what i mean, i will explain, patching the uxtheme.dll in system323 can offer great opportunities to people who can't afford window blinds or any other 3rd party software to change themes, then all you gotta do is:

1. Download this patcher and run.

2. Any dialodue boxes which ask for the original windows xp disk just ignore and cancel.

3. Reboot unless it automatically reboots.

4. Download some themes from here.

5. Put theme in X:/WINDOWS/Resources/Themes/*.*

6. If it comes in .exe format the theme just run the installer.

7. Enjoy freedom over themes on windows xp sp2!

Note: Like always, this is risky, but i and other people i know have done this everytime we have had to clean reinstall windows, so good luck!

It works with any theme files, transparent, whatever! It's just like windowblinds and StyleXP but without buying them or installing anything!

My friend told me about this last week, an excellent solution, as there is no need to run anything in the background!

Yeah I think I have to reinstall my Windows later today, so I'll probably give this a chance. After that though, I think I'm ditching Windows completely and going purely Linux.

Pansy.

You can just do a system restore if you need to. Which you probably won't have to.

it doesn't support transparency but its still allot better than windowblinds since it doesn't hog up your resources and doesn't fuk up ur system if you want to un-install.

Oh, it hought it supported transparency, anyways it isn't that risky like i said, and this program will patch your uxtheme.dll file so you can use any 3rd party visual style on Windows XP/SP1/SP2 and Windows Server 2003/SP1. File protection dialogs should be cancelled and a reboot is required after using this patch.

Patched Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 systems with this program can be unpatched by running this program again.
