I will be making iso's of cd based data. I need a command line iso maker because I am going to integrate it in another program. That is also why it needs to be freeware.

I smell a lock.....how is making ISOs legal?

Assuming it's not an iso of copyrighted data, it's perfectly legal.

Like IdK2 said making iso's is perfectly legal. As long as what you are making an iso of isn't copyrighted. Like say for instance a cd of programs that I coded on my own. that I alone own the copyright to. I can freely make an iso of that all day long. So to counter your "I smell a lock" comment I would have to say "I smell a Noob!!" Now if there is anyone reading that actually knows what they are talking about(Idk2) please feel free to add your 2 cents. Otherwise STFU!!
