Here is a pic of it inside AVG...

I don't know what to do

everytime I destroy it, it regenerates. What do I do to get rid of it for good and how do I protect myself from spyware in the future? The only reason this happened in the first place is because when I iinstalled it, I didn't tell it to perform any automatic scans ever.

How quickly does it regenerate? If it is instant, I would say it's caused by spyware that AVG isn't seeing. If it takes a while it might be caused by frequent visiting of certain sites.

Linux solves this problem, but tha't just my take on it.

Its probably not instant, but it might be... scan periods cross from 1day, and its still there..

Try Spy-Sweeper. Best Anti-Spyware software IMO.

I like Spybot search and destroy or ad-aware. There the two that I use.

The problem is that all my games(guild wars, runescape, WoW, Eve Online) are all lagging, QJ takes 45sec to load(all the time, and my router is fine(54mbps) and it sometimes doesnt load at all) I just wan't a way to get rid of them for good, not a new spyware program.

And now I think its instant, because I ran the scan twice in a row and it regenerated.

It could be a rootkit.

Download rootkit revealer and post the log.
