Default Virtual Desktop Suggestion?

Does anybody know of a good virtual desktop program for windows, which covers the following categories. I have searched a bit but can't find a recommended one:
  • Shortcut keys to a minimum of four desktops
  • Hideable taskbar/statusbar icon
  • Reliable/recommended
  • Still maintained
Thanks for the help, I am very grateful!

Does bosskey have an option to get a preview of all the desktops on one screen, because I can't seem tto find a key combination to open it. Anyway, bosskey is alright but doesn't suit me too well, does anyone recommend any others?

I can't find it now, but I'm pretty sure the one I used to use was made by Microsoft, and it was pretty good. I'm pretty sure you could preview all the screens, but i'll keep looking for the link.

Just what I thought, its a Microsoft Powertoy:

I currently have this, but I do not like the fact that you HAVE to have the toolber open on your taskbar, if you do not, and press a shortcut it stops explorer.exe from responding and you have to close it!
