Instead of using style XP like the others, you can get the uxtheme patcher. It hacks the windows theme dll to run any msstyle you like. Works only with Visual Styles which you can get at http://www.deviantart.com Although you have to install all the themes manually.

If you want to use the patch instead of software you should read this

I find its better than having to use software when you could just copy and paste into the folder x:\WINDOWS\Resources\Them es its easier that way

I tried that method initially, it so i switched to style XP. Some good styles on that site tho.
