Yes.
And as you can see, it replaces everything...Pretty much. It makes XP looks better than Vista. Namely, making XP better than Vista is everything.
It's like a replacement shell for windows. Very nice for those who like minimalistic desktops.

everyone has their own opinion. i personally think bblean looks ugly, i like the windows interface after all i've been using windows os's for almost 15 years now
