would do but after those 4 days of trying to get it stable it died again. So I threw the hard drive out the window and bought a new SATA one. Now it's running smooth, the install took half the time and it hasn't crashed yet. When I'm at home I'll take another screeenshot with cpu-z open.Zitat:

It's all good, take your time with it.
But anyway, mind to give me some recommendation on my overclock? I'm sure I could squeeze a bit more out of that ram but I'm not sure how.
Here's my CPU-Z tabs:

2GB isnt cutting it?
It's cutting it. It's just that it isn't running at 333MHz (each) and I want to know if it should.
I could probably up the FSB a bit more but at 247 it wouldn't POST on stock voltages and I didn't plan on increasing it.
Will overclocking actually break the CPU etc?
I'd like to try it, but I don't want to mess up my PC :)
Nope, not going to break it if you do it bit by bit and have it adequately cooled.
it could. It you overclock it way too much without proper cooling equipment.
I've seen video where they intentionally overclocked the CPUs with cooling equipment and the CPUs started to melt and spark.
Needless to say, it was cool
Well, you could use phase change to get the temperatures into the negatives in order to get those super overclocks. But it's quite pricey. :p
But if you plan on exceeding air cooling limits, you could look into water cooling. Which is something I plan on doing during the summer. (Not necessarily the excessive overclocking, just the water cooling) I'll be saving... :D
Could you make a thread about it? I don't wanna derail this one.Zitat:
