Ok, I got my EZ-Flash 4 Lite today, among other things, and decided to make a review.
The packaging is great, some of the best in a long time.
I open it up and find the EZ-Flash, a SD card reader, and an extension cable for the reader.
Underneath al of that, there is the two othe colored shells, some stickers, and an info card.
A comparison shot of the EZ4, and the dust cover. You can see that the EZ4 is just .8mm taller than the dust cover.
This also make it stick out .8mm, but that doesn't bother me.
Here is a great picture by thekon showing how little it sticks out.
It takes these friggen tiny mircoSD cards.. these things are small.
All I can say is great! I have tested it with about 100 ds games, and all work flawlessly, with no slowdown. The client to to transfer the DS games with is great. The looks are good, but it doesn't look stock. One thing worth noteing, is that it takes microSD cards, which are very small. To get it out of the EZ4, you have to take the shell off.
Passmes -There are 4 passmes that work with the EZ4. They are: Passme 2, EZ-Pass 2, Superkey (old version), and EZ-Pass 3.
Flashme - I highly reccomend that you flash your DS with flashme. It is easy. If you do decided ot flash with flashme, thne you need to rename flashme.nds to flashme.bin, and copy it manualy to the root of the microSD card. Using a toothpick covered in foil is the best flashing tool. Make sure that the tooth pick can just barely fit in the SL1 slot. I was able to flash with it loseing contact once this way.
Video - Here!!!
Pic of EZ-Flash -
I would recommend getting the EZ-Flash 3, as it is eaiser to use.
