Default [release] LE Recovery for M33 v 0.9

Hello All ! Here's the newest version of the LE Recovery for M33, first release public after the initial release.

What is it ?

It's a recovery (which can also be used as a VSH plugin) that allow you to do some usefull things

New since initial release (0.1) :

Spoiler for new:

- Base config :

> "hard reset on homebrew" added
> enable vshMenu added

- Advanced :

> "Use isofs OE in UMD" deleted

- Recovery config (new)

> BG Color : change background color (via Blue Green Red)
> BG Sha Color : change background shadow color (via Blue Green Red)
> Font Color : change font color (via Blue Green Red)
> Menu HotK : change Menu on VSH Hot key
> ScSot HotK : change screenshot Hot key
> Reset config : go back to original settings

- Extends : Plugins

> Activate / Desactivate plugins now works (now conf.bin is used)
> GAME150 plugins available

- Extends : Brightness added

- vshMenu added

> XMB USB Dev : change XMB USb device "on the fly"
> ISO Video : not yet

(*) Recovery only :

- Recovery :

> Format Flash 1 added

How to use ?

Plugin :

Put it in ms0:/SEPLUGINS/, and add "ms0:/SEPLUGINS/recovery.prx" in VSH.TXT
Press Select + R to start the menu
Press Select + L to take a screenshot

Recovery :

Flash the recovery.prx file in flash0:/kd
As always, R at startup

Credits :

- The main part of this recovery has been made by Team WildCard (and also Poison ), and leaked against ther wishes. I thank them here (and thank to let me release this )

- Of course, a big thanks to PSPGen

Warning :

* You NEED to be in 3.52 M33-4
* Before using this, please delete flash1:/config.se (otherwise there can be some bugs)

I take every bug (and I hope there won't be a lot of bug) in count, but I may not be able to correct the bugs quickly.

Real glad you got the green light to release this

I'm gonna test now!

Just another idea on the menu costumization: control the transparency the same way you control the RGB colors?

Also is the screenshot now fixed? It didn't take shots while the menu was showing in 0.7 I think (and after taking a shot with SVCapture the menu would disapear but still be running...).

Any ideas for 1.0? SCEP still had that gem of a file manager and USBHost mount.
And Valantin also added a nice option to activate CXMB in his updates on SCEP-XMB (pitty CXMB really needs to be updated to become compatible with newer themes... they have some files not supported by it... thinking for instance about AppleCor... Poison made some really great interesting plugins!).

Also liked the PRX Launcher you and Coolj made

Anyway great release!
