The Rules of QJ.net community

1. Everyone is Welcome!

Everyone is welcome to participate equally here on the forum. All members are asked to be considerate to a new person on the forum when they ask questions. Just because something has been discussed before does not mean it can’t be discussed again! We were all new to this forum once and many are very eager to participate in the fun here, so let’s keep that in mind. Let us all play nicely – the sandbox is big enough. As a member of this forum please take pride in our community and keep an eye out for people posting in a harsh manner towards new members that are new.

2. Search is OK but not mandatory

For many members the use of the Search function is used often to find something particular or something else related to Games. Use it for that. As a member of this forum you have decided to be a part of a Gaming community. NEVER stoop so low as to refer a member to "USE the SEARCH Function". This is in fact very RUDE, with lots of posts "YES" everything under the sun has been talked about. The new members coming in are eager to post so let them. If you feel you have nothing to add to a post then simply overlook it and move on. We are a discussion board so let use the board for that purpose.

3. Personal Attacks

Personal attacks/derogatory comments made towards fellow members will NOT be tolerated. Any such incident will be dealt with swiftly and harshly according to the QJ.net Code of Conduct/Terms of agreement.

4. Account Suspension

Any attempt to circumvent a Temporary Account Suspension by re-registering another name and/or any other method will lead into the offending member to be permanently banned.

5. Sharing Account Info

Any members giving their account information to any Banned members will have their account permanently banned as well. No Exceptions.

6. Forum Code of Conduct

The most important rule of QJ.net is to be well versed on the code of conduct for QJ.net because both member and QJ.net staff is held to this code of conduct. The code of conduct is also located with the Terms of Agreement that each member agrees to when registering on this forum.

7. Price Policing

Price Policing in the Buy/Sell Section is prohibited. If a price seems too high on a particular item, either ignore it and move one or you can kindly PM the seller and mention that might be the case and let them be aware of it. Either way, calling out a member publicly is not tolerated.

8. Buy/Sell Forum

Members must have at least 50 posts on the forum before they are allowed to post a new thread in the Buy/Sell Section of the website. Threads created elsewhere in order to circumvent the rule will be deleted immediately. Also members that post a bunch of one liners and such to pad their post count just to get 50 posts will have them deleted. This is to ensure scammers from jumping online to try to bait someone into buying something they may or may not really own. Members with at least 25 posts can still post replies to those threads in order to purchase items from others. All For Sale listings in this section MUST accompany an asking price for the item. If you are unsure of what you can get on an item simply set a price and add O.B.O. (Or Best Offer).
