Based on some research done by www.switchtoamac.com (source: http://switchtoamac.com/site/macbook...-analyzed.html) we should see new MacBooks and MacBook Pros by the end of November (more like middle of November). There were rumors going on for a while now that was what Apple wanted to do and if you take a look at the source of Leopard there's support for a new Intel intergrated card and that points to the MacBook update. Also, the MacBook and MacBook Pro have been rumored to get exterior updates and new evolutionary touchpads. With Leopard's release Apple has the chance to clear out the stock of the current MacBooks and MacBook Pros, thanks to Leopard's popularity. If I had to be on what Apple would do I'd bet there'd be some exterior updates, video card updates (gamers have been asking for a more top of the line card for the MBP, especially at its price point), Santa Rosa update for the MacBook, the introduction of a 2.8ghz extreme MBP, the introduction of a 15" MacBook, and if you compare MBPs and MBs to other notebooks with similiar specs they come out a lot cheaper so I'm sure they'll be some nice price drops, too. Also, a lot of people have been saying they'll wait for the next update before they buy because June was quite a while ago. I may be betting for too much, but Apple's in a very competitive business and the MBP and MB are thier only notebook lines so they have to do what they can to make them more worthwhile. But hey, what do I know?
