I have just acquired Office 2008 for the Mac, and I was wondering if there is Microsoft publisher for the Mac, or something which can read and edit publisher files.

Thanks for the help. Also, is Safari the best browser for the Mac, or should I use Opera?

Will they open .pub files?

I think at this rate I may have to boot camp to use pub for my existing projects.

EDIT: No it wont open publisher files. Oh well, looks like it's bootcamp then.

What kind of absolute nub uses Publisher anyway, and then, to boot, saves it as a terribly non-versatile .pub file?! In Publisher you can save files as a PDF or HTML file...

Whatever .pub's you need to open will not be worth it anyway.

Yeah 60% of my gcse grade in .pub format isn't worth it at all

. If I didn't want to use publisher, I wouldn't have asked, so it is quite clear that i have my reasons. Care to GTFO out my thread?

OK well it's obvious that your gcse teacher or whatever is an absolute nub. Using a terrible program and then making you save it in a non-universal, terrible format when it's sooo easy to save as a PDF or even HTML DIRECTLY from the program...that's a nub.

Why can't you just save it as a PDF?
