Well if you were cool like me you would have finished 10th prestige and reach level 55 in 10 days

yeah so do i i mean 10 days game play considering I've had the game since the day it came out

I am on the 2nd prestige, level 50. In under 4.25 days.

I am good, I just don't play ranked games all the time.

I'm level 25, Prestige 0 and have had the game since release. How's that for good going?

I just hate it when my K/D ratio is not as good as when I first played the game (I mean 20+ kills EVERY game.. and less than 20 deaths) Now I get like even kills and deaths.

What's your favorite map guys?
Mine is Wet Work.
3 frags, and a silencer on my MP5 = Killer game.

I always play Hardcore S&D, and when i play cage match i just HATE it when people say "headshots?", wots the point in playing the game if your gonna stand there and let the opponent shoot you in the head, its a cheating way of leveling up.

Wet work is pretty good...

You have a class like mine:
MP5 - silenced
Three Frags
Stopping Power
Martyrdom

Works pretty good, normally get 20+ kills :D

Abe, mind posting your custom class setups? Just out of interest, wouldn't mind trying them out.

@ SkyLine_: The custom set up's don't matter, just 'cause Abe is a killer at COD4. I haven't personally played against him but, that's what I'm guessing.

I just can't seem to get the right setup though for my sniper class.
I have = Claymores, Stopping Power and Iron Lungs.

Any ideas on what could be changed?

I have a M21 with UAV Jammer with Deep Impact, works great in hardcore matches.

edit: with Claymore, it works great when securing an area in Search and Destroy.

Stopping power is only good for semi automatic fast firing Snipers.
Change Stopping power to like Deep impact.

If you are using the Dragonov or the .50 Cal, leave Stopping power.

@ Nero: I'm into hardcore matches now. I like the fact that you have to find your opponent and not be dependant on the radar.

@ Sullivan: I'm using the first sniper rifle. I think it was M4A1 (something like that). I don't plan on going to prestige until I unlock a golden AK47 (I only have digital) and a golden shotgun (Blue Tiger). I currently have a Red MP5, Blue M4A1 Sniper Rifle. Those are my highest ones I think :S.

That is the M4A03, to correct you. And to get a gold AK47, you have to have 100% on all the rifles, very very hard. And for the shotgun too. I wouldn't recommend going after the gold weapons if you are going to go prestige. Its not worth it. I went for my gold shoty then lost it because I went prestige.

You can't change Stopping Power and Deep Impact. They are tier 2 and 3 perks and can't be interchanged.

Custom classes may not matter Sullivan, but I'm just curious to know what Abe uses at P10.

It depends on the map and gametype to be honest. A lot counts on whether or not the team I’m on is losing. If we are starting to lose badly I will go with my RPD setup on most maps. If not, I will usually play around with whatever weapon I was trying to use for Prestige points.



RPD setup which stays in my middle slot permanently is:
- RPD w/GRIP, Stopping Power, Deep Impact, 1 Stun/1 Frag

I use this on Bog, Vacant, Crash, Downpour, Pipeline, Backlot, Overgrown, Wet Works, and Showdown. I’ll pretty much use this on any map except Creek, Bloc,

G3 setup
G3 – Silenced, Bandolier, Stopping Power, Steady Aim

I use this on Overgrown, Ambush, Countdown, Crossfire, and Pipeline. Pretty much a good setup for maps where there is not too much close quarters combat going on and you can get to a spot and camp it for a quick minute. You can sub in the M14 into this setup if you feel like it; I do often. If you can't handle the M14 with a silencer and need the Red Dot, it's still a beast. Two hit and they will drop.

Sub-Class – Creek, Bloc, Showdown.
P90 – Silenced, Bandolier, UAV Jammer, Steady Aim/Dead Silence

I’ll use the MP5 and AK-74u with the exact same stuff before I unlock the P90.



Those are the three main setups I use, but to be honest in my last three or four Prestiges, I would just use every weapon silenced with UAV Jammer and whatever perks I felt like using. I got to the point where the reduced bullet damage was not an issue and I was still crushing people.

If I'm playing Hardcore anything, I use the M14 silenced.

Golden AK is kinda easy to get.

I'm level 55 right now. With a red MP5. Should I go 3rd prestige? I mean. I only have 2-3 Elite challenges left to finish.

And I still have time Sullivan, there's still time until the next IW game comes out :P

Its up to you, but me personally I would just go to prestige and just concentrate on getting the gold gun first.

Whats the most accurate machine gun in the game?

(more then single shot)

I thought it was the G3C6. But i'm not sure..

I have always wanted to use that gun, but for some reason, I ended up not liking it that much. And it is not because of the non automatic single shot either, I don't mind that.

I just find it very accurate and easy to use.

G3 is a beast.

P90 with silencer is deadly as I've just found out.

Yup, I have a class with P90 w/ silencer; Overkill-R700 sniper; Deep Impact for when I play on Creek or Overgrown.
