Well, yesterday I bought 2800 points and I bought 4 songs.
Hysteria - Muse
Joker and the Thief - Wolfmother
Siva - Smashing Pumpkins
Zero - Smashing Pumpkins
I am gonna save for the disturbed pack. It is awesome it is half price.
As for GH4.... Oh god. I don't want have to buy another set of toy instruments. I will just get rock band 2. Besides, the GH4 drum cymbals look unstable and the layout is very bulky.
Nice got 3 of those songs, everything but Wolfmother.
And yup 80 Microsoft points a piece for the Disturbed songs. I was already gonna buy it, so this just makes it all the more sweet.

GH1/2 are made by the same people who make Rock Band, you realize that right? And I'm sorry but if you like that few songs on Rock Band, you really need to expand your musical horizons.Zitat:

Haha no need to appoligize. Personally when I first started playing Rock Band there were several tracks I didn't really enjoy either, but upon playing them more and really starting to listen, I can appreciate the music a lot more.

Well personally, I enjoy the whole wide spectrum of songs in the game. Wanted Dead or Alive is actually one of my favorite songs to play. On the other hand I like songs that are heavier as well and find those fun to play, but I get the point you're trying to make. Don't forget that there actually are a lot of casual gamers who have been getting into these games as well who can't handle the fast paced songs as easily and enjoy the slower ones. They have to try and cater to several different demographics with the games, and can't focus solely on metal as much as they used to. These weeks Rock Band DLC is an excellent example of that, mixing a Jimmy Buffett 3 pack with a Disturbed 3 pack.Zitat:

Yeah. I just finished watching the vid. The look on Chris's face was priceless and the repeated use of holy **** and oh my ****ing god is definitely priceless as well.
Yeah I love his reaction. Seriously, that had to have been such a sick/amazing/overwhelming feeling for him after doing it.
thats kind of how I felt when I beat Jordan on expert, it probably wasnt as strong as his, but I couldnt beleive it, I had to pause it right after I beat the solo i was jumping up and down I couldnt believe, in fact, the first thing I did was call everyone on my contact list and told them that i beat it :p, I got alot of mixed reactions, most of them just being ".......what?!"

Im now looking forward more than ever to GHtunes, I've been playing so much GuitarZero, and I cant beleive how fun the songs I love are in that game.

JPrez has already FC'd Fast Solo A. In fact he gets quite often since he's been able to get it. But he gets nervous during his streams. So he tends to make easy notes( by easy I mean for him he's better than me). I check ScoreHero daily. And FSA getting FC'd is not quite new. And he said he's gonna take a break. Practice other songs and then later try it. And then HellAshes can FC TDWDTG up to Victory Solo K. So I think it can be done soon.

All I can say is that you could get the X-Plorer and not have to worry about connections however you may dislike the select button placement if you use the select button for Star Power and that it's not wireless.

Well, I listened to the songs and I only got Moving to Seattle. The pack is not even worth 240 points. And I would buy Maximo Park if it was 80 points.
Maximo Park was supposed to be 80 points, I'll check and see, but that's what the original announcement stated. I'm picking up Maximo Park and one of the other songs as well(just forgot which one, I'll have to listen to them again).
HMXSean is apparently looking into it, so I'm assuming the pricing issue is in fact a mistake right now. Anyways I'm picking up A Clean Shot, Moving in Seattle, and the Maximo Park song when/if the price is lowered,

A Clean Shot was actually a really good song, I liked it. Moving to Seattle was the best to actually play though, those are the two I decided to pick up this week after all. Much better week than I anticipated it to be, I'm pleasantly surprised :)

It just kinda reminded me of Muse a bit, and for $1 you can't really go wrong. That leaves the third MTV2 song these week and the Freezepop song as the only 2 songs that I have not purchased that have had a $1 price tag.
