You tried progressing through quicker than your ability is capable of.
Raining Blood: Practice regular zig-zags. And speed. Take time. FC Closer to feel achieved. Better yet play a song like The Metal and Pride and Joy to get used to quick sections. Practice the gallops from Barracuda. That way all you need to is speed it up with Raining Blood and you should be able to handle the beginning.
One: Use the Star Power Path of 2-2-4. You should have 4 more SP phrases that should be fairly easy if you are good at alt-strumming. Don't get me wrong even with Star Power( A Full METER even). Most people still fail at FSA. Because it is at around 17 Notes Per Second. According to my therapist who used to be really good and could play it.
Cliffs of Dover: Get the first 2 SP phrases. And this one is easy. I have it 5-starred but I'm still ****ty at it.
Also. If you want to improve your reaction time. Play with hyperspeed.
Go to cheats and enter in OBOYOBOY ( Strum after each note)
I play at Hyperspeed 4. But since I'm not sure if you are new to it. Try it at 2. Then 3. and 4. But don't go to 5. The notes look really ridiculously spaced out.
Raining blood is really easy for me except for mosh 1, everything else is easy in that song.

3-2-4( I meant 3-2-4 sorry) is the star power activations. That means that after you get 3 SP phrases and activate. And then for the next one. Get 2. And activate. And get 4 and Activate( At FSA preferably mid-way if you can and make sure before you are in the green)

well I've been trying to beat it since like christmas, so I got kinda tired of the song.
Has anyone tried this pc game called "Unsigned" that is similiar to rockband and allows you to use your own rockband equipment. It is kinda cool. I've been playing it a good bit lately.

Pros:
The community only allows posting only songs that are not in Rockband or GHIII. This means you can play songs that were never available.
You can even learn to chart your own songs.
Can use your existing Xbox360/PS3/PS2 Rockband Drums, Guitar, and Mic. or use the keyboard to simulate an instrument.
Good 3D graphics during gameplay if your cpu/memory/gpu is good.
Oh and it is COMPLETELY FREE
Cons:
It seems you can use more than one instrument at a time (yet). The developer is working on that.
There are some bugs or should I say parts of the software that don't work yet or work right. Not really a big deal though once you get familiar with it.
The music plays continuously throughout the song whether you mess up or not. You don't get that same audio effect as in rockband if you guys get what I'm saying. This doesn't bother me as much as I though it would.
First off different people make the custom songs as a hobby. Many of them do a really good job. Sometimes for a particular song they don't provide the song will all instruments or the don't included all of the difficulties. If they do anything it will be a priority of drums and guitar, and extra hard. The forums require that they list about what songs have what.
The whammy bar doesn't do anything.
I have seen any vocals but I think they have a vocal editor something something that allows others to start making the charts.
The software can be a pain at first to get installed and working right.
The support is basically a forum and information is scattered everywhere sometimes.

The game is horribly glitchy, you cant fail or exit out of a song once you start (when you fail you have to listen to the whole song, it removes your ntoes). 1/2 the time I would try to start it it would get some error and close. So yeah, until it is much more stable, dont bother

IGN initially falsely posted the release date of the Pixies album as next week, and several sites copied that information. The intended release has always been two weeks from now however, so they are just squashing the Pixies rumor and confirming this week. I actually don't mind the newer A7X, and I love Afterlife, so I'm pretty pumped :)

hmmm, If I end up getting a job, I think I might pick up the GH Aerosmith package. Just because then Ill get a working guitar and get the game. I guess its worth it, but idk, I probably wont, because Im more interested in saving for GH World Tour and other stuff.

I'm getting Aerosmith when it comes out, although the setlist is a bit of a let down. And I already have a friend on my friends list playing it grrr. On Tour comes out this Sunday as well, and then another week until Aerosmith.

IGN.com has a hands on Guitar Hero World Tour article.
stating that the new guitar will have a set of 5 buttons, and 5 touch buttons below them for tapping out solos. There will also be a star power button right next to the strum bar.
They also said they saw a few tracks for the new game.
