Can't seem to get webcam to install on laptop, so wait a bit...it'll be worth it

The GPU isn't anything good because we're waiting for the R600.
We're also using stock cooling because the Tuniq Tower isn't in stock yet. :(

No oc'ing yet though, cause it's stuck on stock cooling. :(

I'm guessing up to around 2.8-3.0
Mine's stock cooling and I oc'd mine. Generally your quite safe with oc and stock cooling as long as you leave the vcore at stock as well. its the big V's that push the temps up dramatically.Zitat:

I actually like the tidyness (sp?) of ide over round cables. I don't like a mess of wires in the main area of my case. Most of them are all hidden in empty 5.25" bays or behind the mobo.

Get round ide/floppy cables, they don't obstruct the flow of air as much :)

A cheaper fix is double-sided tape and nicely folded ide cables. :p
Just like origami, hehe.
And since they're folded right along the mobo tray, they don't obstruct air flow at all.

Currently stable at 3.0 with pretty low temps.
Going to up the vcore tomorrow and shoot for 3.2 stable.

Whenever I try it the PC will POST and then reset. Which to me says there's a lack of V's getting to the CPU.
Once I have done the Vcore mod, it opens it up to go much further too. But I won't even attempt that without first getting some rounded IDE cables to maximise airflow and then getting a much better CPU HSF.
In theory this is the max I can get out of it with DDR400 memory:
FSB: 280
Multiplier: 11
Speed: 3.08GHz
If I was to ever attempt that tho I would be sure that I have some awesome cooling system (even better than my old thermaltake bigwater cooling system). And also some top of the line memory, because I'm certain that will be the absolute maximum that I will ever get out of my CPU.
