recently my labtop got hit with a virus , i removed it with avast , but didn't read it well and deleted the virus with a important piece of WINDOWS ,also the most gayest time for my labtop dvd drive to stop working >_< i tried fixing it on my mate labtop and now it come up as a unoticeable drive

so what should i do now? go get anew labtop or get a new dvd drive and a new 40gb hard drive to reborn my labtop?

get your hard-drive totally cleaned out and put it in another laptop and reinstall windows possibly? also it's called a laPtop not labtop, lol.

just make it bootable from CD/DVD Drive (via BIOS settings), and place an OS install disc in the drive, and re-install Windows (including delete partition -> create partition -> format, not selecting quick format), if that's your OS.

Just check your optical drive is recognized in the BIOS or not.

lol miss spelt laptop LMAO first time ^^ well found out that now my harddrive is totaled now , can't even read it anymore ,don't know what my mate did to it but he somehow destoryed it :/ so thnxs for the helps guys , i'm just gonna get anew dvd drive and 40GB hardrive for £42 .
