Right i am going to tell you a story.
My school had a 40 something year old administrator. There were a few unblocked proxies and it ran any .exe it came across even if you didnt have admin rights.
Year 9 comes and i have free lessons. Perfect, playing wolfenstein off of my friends usb.
Year 10. New better admin introduced. I hated him and new something bad was going to happen. Now all proxies are blocked. We can now not start wolfenstein from a zip file. But once it has finished installing you start and program blocked you need admin rights blah blah. Now to play wolfenstein in our free lessons we have to go to the login screen, type in username and passwords press enter and when it says applying personal settings, pull out the network cable real quick without the staff noticing otherwise we get an hours detention. I have completely given up on the internet. We cannot run command prompt.
I have decided to carry on for the good of freedom But the schools equipment is becoming damaged.
Anyone got any suggestions at all. I dont like the fact that all that school equipment is being ruined just for the sake of 50 minutes of fun. I need an easier solution from someone smart.
Just to add more difficulty to this, the admin has installed a program called securus which takes screenshots of what you're doing if it recognises an image or a keyword. These get sent back to your parents and that means an hours detention.
Nobody suggest using task manager becuase the only way i can get to that is by doing the network cable trick and even when you close securus via task manager it logs off your computer along with it.
If anyone has better suggestions of getting wolfenstein running or just unblocking internet sites your comments are appreciated.
I dont really care about the hours detention i just need an effective solution.
