I took TheMessenger off of the Smart Talk King's article simply for the fact that I haven't seen him really debate much. He posts a controversial question, and that's basically all he does. >_>
Feel free to correct me, but it's just how I interpret it. It's also hard to call yourself a 'king' when you've barely been here four months.

search for what you want, when it doesn't find anything it will ask you is you want to make the page...
Just search for it and it'll have the option.
Or in the URL where it has the name like: Change that to:
