We're on the, I believe, 17th life cycle of #leak (I happen to know there were about 7 before the channel even earned the name #Leak). What will separate this from the previous 16 will be the fact we're learning from our mistakes and have decided to be organised. Build the website, channel etc. THEN revive it. We've gone through the same mistake constantly, try to manage the channel whilst trying to build the surrounding elements (chan\forum, website), rather than having it planned out.

I promise you, #Leak will try and stay alive this time.
