who said matter where created during the big bang? the universe maybe exists in another time and space before the big bang. who knows.
but one thing i do know personally is that everything accident. that thereis no pattern. that we are lucky to be here and that we should not base our lifes on lies about a meaning. there is no meaning of life. we are just damn lucky. get over it, live your life to the fullest and have fun! its the only life youl ever have. dont waste it thinking about afterlife or higher powers. YOU are the higher power. YOU are in control of yourself, not anyone els.
2. We don't know that there is nothing outside our universe.
Either way the laws of physics apply to our universe, the creation of this universe doesn't have to be bound by them

Also by your capitalising of "THEORY" I assume you think that a theory isn't that big a deal. Everything in science is based on theories, these are scientific models that get tested meticulously and are based on everything we know about the subject, there isn't any higher form of statement in science.

That does not make sense. You are SO SURE that it's the truth, yet you don't even know a fraction of what would be required for it to be possible.
Let me give an example of a ONE thing being the downfall
One error, yet no compile.Code:pspDebugScreenKPrintf("SOMETHING!")
A better example
Whole entire thing will be gone. Quite frankly, the point of evolution is the desire to not have any responsibilities. I have yet to see one single piece of evidence that goes against Christianity. You come up with excuses as to why "you don't yet" the truth, yet it's right in front of your face. This forum is full of a bunch of liberal atheists who, talking to them, is like talking to a donkey, when you say something that goes against what they have "so much evidence for", they go "NEEAARRRRR". No matter what. You(Anyone who isn't Atheist nor Liberal) will get flamed, no matter WHAT.Code:addiu $sp, $sp, 0xffd0 sw $a0, 0x0014($sp) sw $a1, 0x0018($sp) lui $a0, 0x0890 lw $a1, 0x0500($a0) sw $a1, 0x0504($a0) lw $a0, 0x0014($sp) lw $a1, 0x0018($sp) jr $ra addiu $sp, $sp, 0x0034
Earth is 4.5 billion years old: http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/faq-age-of-earth.html
My internet barely works so thats the best I can do tonight.
My point furthermore goes the post above me, in that you argue with no evidence. At least Ciaran gave evidence, though it isn't accurate.
knock yourself out.
also, read up on Darwin and his voyage.
also, while its true radiometric dating methods arent perfect, they are NOT off by 4.7 billion years. That is just stupid.
also, can you prove that Christianity exists? Can you prove the existence of Jesus? (its not a rhetorical question. i really dont know :/) If you cannot, then you cant (rightfully) go around bashing the theory of evolution, because there is scientific fact supporting it. I apologize for all the idiots who are bashing Christianity, because they cannot fully prove evolution.
Just out of curiosity, does the Bible really say that all non-Christians will go to hell when the world ends? Or is that just crap? Ive been getting mixed answers.
Also, nothing CAN go against Christianity. Its a religion. You cant disprove a religion. That doesnt make it right though.
One of two things happened:
1. All matter in the Universe existed in a singularity, and was released at the Big Bang.
2. No matter was created or destroyed. An equal amount of Matter and Antimatter was created. The two neutralize, and as a whole are literally nothing.
Also, there is plenty of entropy in the Universe. There is order, but that does not imply that there is no entropy...
Even so, if you are arguing that the Big Bang did not happen due to lack of entropy, I assume it is to imply that God created an ordered Universe. Personally, if you are going to believe that God created the Universe, I don't understand why it couldn't be by means of the Big Bang. Whether or not the Big Bang happened or not, your argument is simply that the Universe is and open system that lacks entropy, which is an argument against the existence of the Universe, not only the Big Bang...
Also, I can easily prove that the Earth is more that 6000 years old...
Dinosaurs! And if you say anything about the fossils being placed there to "test our faith" (the only argument I have heard against it), then you will lose all your credibility...
Cause I know you won't bother your hole reading that I'll take out the important bit:
10. To date a rock one must know the original amount of the parent element. But there is no way to measure how much parent element was originally there.
It is very easy to calculate the original parent abundance, but that information is not needed to date the rock. All of the dating schemes work from knowing the present abundances of the parent and daughter isotopes. The original abundance N0, of the parent is simply N0 = N ekt, where N is the present abundance, t is time, and k is a constant related to the half life.
11. There is little or no way to tell how much of the decay product, that is, the daughter isotope, was originally in the rock, leading to anomalously old ages.
A good part of this article is devoted to explaining how one can tell how much of a given element or isotope was originally present. Usually it involves using more than one sample from a given rock. It is done by comparing the ratios of parent and daughter isotopes relative to a stable isotope for samples with different relative amounts of the parent isotope. For example, in the rubidium-strontium method one compares rubidium-87/strontium-86 to strontium-87/strontium-86 for different minerals. From this one can determine how much of the daughter isotope would be present if there had been no parent isotope. This is the same as the initial amount (it would not change if there were no parent isotope to decay). Figures 4 and 5, and the accompanying explanation, tell how this is done most of the time. While this is not absolutely 100% foolproof, comparison of several dating methods will always show whether the given date is reliable.

Anyway, way to make assumptions about people you don't know. It really helps to prove the point you still don't appear to have developed.

[B]Girl, just call me the gamecock, because when you beat it on hard, you get the special ending.
They call her a ho, and you hope to god it was true...
'Cause see, a ho f*cks everybody... And a bitch f*cks everybody but you.
King James Version:
"For By Grace are ye saved through faith, not of yourselves. It is the gift of god, not of works, lest any man should boast.
New International Version:
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast."
I'm sure I could elaborate if that doesn't answer your question.
For the record, I consider myself to be a christian, but I do not mean to preach to anyone. I was merely attempting to answer this individuals question.
No longer 100% accurate
2. It's not 'from nothing'. Creation ex nihilo is the realm of religious creation myths.
Not that I expect you to watch ANY of those all the way through; after all,
"Reason in no way contributes to faith. ... For reason is the greatest enemy that faith has; it never comes to the aid of spiritual things." (Martin Luther)
So much for your hypothesis.

[I fail @ life]
i <3 you freeplay
The real laws:
1. In any process, the total energy of the universe remains the same.
2. The entropy of an isolated system not in equilibrium will tend to increase over time, approaching a maximum value at equilibrium.
Notice the word TEND. It does not mean that entropy CANNOT decrease, only that the overall entropy of a closed system must increase.
If entropy couldn't decrease, snowflakes and rock crystals would never form.
