Just watched the Joe Biden speach on TV live... truely great speach.
Looking back at the election in 92' and 00', It might be a little closer because of the divided democratic party.
I prefer Obama because he seems like he has much to offer.
One more thing: I dont care about Michelle Obama or Cindy Mccain, they are making me mad because we are not electing the first lady. Does anybody else agree?
Just saw the convention thingy on TV.
Made me have some hope in this country.
Made my decision today.
I was watching the news, and wow. They were interviewing some people in denver who got tickets to see Obama speak. And the woman they were interviewing was so sincerely happy. I mean, look at how one person brought such light to one woman. If he can inspire hope in people, he is capable of so much more.
We need him.
He got my first ever vote. Make us proud
I dont care if this sounds corny.. go eat some GM corn.
so your voting based off another woman's opinion instead of researching the issues and his stances and comparing them to another candidates? you know there are people who feel the same way about mccain (and bob barr), but i would urge them to do their own research as well.
p.s. when will people realize america has dozens of parties that make way more sense than either the democraps or republic*nts?
Some people in this thread just make me wish that people had to sit an exam before being able to vote on this -_-.
Honestly that is some of the dumbest garbage I have ever read. Some women on tv was happy due to Obama, so your voting for him? At least say you support his plat form or something.
Even though I am now old enough to vote, I doubt I will. I think both candidates are crap and neither will be good imo.

Also, tell me this. Why would we have gone to Iraq for no reason? There HAS to have been a reason that Bush knows about, that we don't. Something that would be beneficial to the US. He didn't just send our troops there because he felt in a destructive mood that morning.
If you ask me he exploited the American public and their view on the Middle East at that time. He also called it a preemptive strike if I recall...a very BS reason if you ask me. It's also worthy to note that the previous president Bush allowed Hussein to stay in power after the Cold War (looked at as a bad decision) and this could just be GW Bush's way of "fixing" things up...Iraq was a hostile force, however as a threat to the United States, I don't think so
Actually..just read this: http://www.globalpolicy.org/security.../roadindex.htm
Do you know who I am?
And Seven_, who the **** are you kidding? You keep asking me to show proof that McCain is a good president. Yet, not only have I not seen one thing from you proving he's not, I haven't seen a single one of your posts that actually means anything. Take your bull**** to the MDPR.
