Ive heard this all the time over here apparently they got some software to know who's downloading and who's not.
I suppose i don't have Tiscali so i don't have to worry much yet.
Problem is, what about people with dynamic IP addresses?
I know that the ISP keeps a log of who is assigned each IP address, but this case proves that someone may well go to jail for a crime they did not commit.
A lot of companies now use P2P to transfer software to people, Blizzard for example, so by simply using P2P to download patches may mean your ISP thinks your downloading movies, music etc.
